LaShell Carter is a dedicated real estate professional, entrepreneur, and proud mom of three—two incredible sons and a daughter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. She is passionate about serving her clients with care, integrity, and a high level of personalized attention while balancing a life centered around family, community, and purpose.

A natural community leader, LaShell serves as a Local Leader for the Women’s Council of Entrepreneurs – Richmond Chapter, where she supports and empowers other women in business and leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Seton Hall University in New Jersey, bringing a strong foundation of strategy, organization, and problem-solving to her real estate career.

Outside of real estate, LaShell enjoys practicing and teaching yoga, spending time in nature, and traveling. She also shares her home with her rescue pets—a miniature Schnoodle named Harlee, adopted from the Miniature Schnauzer Rescue of Houston, and a rescued cat named Krishna from Lake Olympia Animal Hospital.
